Structure
map: Random, flat, terminator, chain, sunny, 20 rounds limit
round 1: 16 groups of 11 playing 10 games
round 2: best 100 by kills from round 1 play in 5 groups of 10 playing 10 games
round 3: best 50 by kills from round 1 and round 2 play in 5 groups of 10 playing 10 games
round 4: best 10 by kills from round 1 and round 2 and round 3 play in 1 group of 10 playing 10 games
kills by round limit or holding objective don't count
groups are random,org powered
if any ties occur, random.org will be used to determinate the tie-winners
