Speaking of McDonalds aimed at local markets (never seen a McRib in my neck of the woods), the breakfasts in Hawaii rock! Port-a-gee Snausage with Rice, scrambled eggs and enough soy to float a battleship.....not as good as spam (Twill's favorite!) but damn close.....

I remember they were quite tasty in the late 70s then they discontinued them. I'm still bitter, it would only be painfull to eat one and have them pull the rug out from under me again.
