to those who play tribal wars:

recently i asked some of the CC/XI members to assist me with a problem i was having within the game.
I was irratic & just plain nuts. I went to the Dr. & it ended up being a reaction to a new pain med. i was taking. i am extremely sorry. One of the things that also happened was i became completely obsessed with the game. i was doing nothing else but playing the game. hence putting my job and family responsibilities at risk.
I know some of you are probably still laughing at me for my foolish act and, i didn't realise what i was doing. it also didn't help that my ex-tribal members stated that they pm'd some of you and also said i was the laughing stock within the CC/XI members that play tribalwars.

I have stopped playing tribalwars and have decided to stick with something that won't cause me to get into a high stress level.

Conquer Club is where i plan on sticking with. play once or twice a day & that's it.

there, i've said my piece. if anyone feels like spamming or flaming this.

please don't.

Tribalwars is stressful?

I have to wait 20 hours before I can do anything again, the stupid smithy takes too long to upgrade...

Yeah, tribal wars is stressful. If you want to have a life, dont play the game. If you play only sometimes (instead of all the time), you will only feed the wolves, so its wasted effort...

I played the fucking tribal wars all my vacation... Im convinced I would be reproved in the college if I were still playing it... I arranged a sitter to my accounts and never returned... thanks God.

Tribal Wars

Postby Scarus on Fri Oct 27, 2006 3:06 pm

The biggest problem with Tribal Wars is that it keeps pulling you in deeper and deeper. The longer you play, the more villages you have, the more activity you have to keep up, that will lead to taking more villages.

Really a viscious circle. It's really worth it though. Even if you lose your job, and your family, where else can you aspire to be a member of the aristocracy??......lol

I'm glad people seem to think the same as I do - I only played for a few weeks and had two villages. Then I realised it would take 2 hours a day to keep going, so I tried to find out if there was a way of automating the various things, such as the many attacks you have to do each day. Turns out they consider that cheating, and that they "reward activity".

Reward "activity"?? What, sitting at your computer for two hours monotonously typing in co-ordinates all the frigging time? f*ck that, I thought, and promptly stopped.
