I just had Log Cabin Sugar-Free maple syrup and I actually thought it tasted BETTER than regular syrup. I've always felt syrup was a little too sweet for my palate. Sugar-free has a slightly more mild flavoring. You can tell it's not regular maple syrup, but - IMO - not in a bad way.
