I just heard on SiriusXM that, under FEC rules, if Biden drops out now the only person who can access the $91,000,000 the campaign has banked is Kamala Harris. So if any other Rat gets nominated other than Biden or Harris they're going to have to start fundraising from $0. I don't know if that's true or not, it's just what I heard!

Why should Biden drop out?

The people who panicked were corporate journalists who value style over substance.
Gee, they saw Biden as old, three years older than Trump. And they panicked.

Voters already knew Biden was old. But these normal people saw the 603 lies of Trump. Just constant irrational lies.

That is why a slight bump in the polls for voting for Biden over Trump and the surge in small donations for the Democrats.

Initial postdebate polls show Biden losing ground to Trump
BY JARED GANS - 07/02/24 1:57 PM ET

Polling has started to come out following last week’s presidential debate between former President Trump and President Biden, showing some indications of Trump gaining in the aftermath.

Did we watch the same debate? It was embarrassing! Borderline abuse to an elderly man where his facilities are failing! There's no shame in admitting it, he's old, happens to everyone, but he's clearly not in the right state of mind to run a country.

Neither is Trump, but Christ, face the facts.

It is not JUST the media, GaryD. Many polls say VOTERS believe the same, that Biden is too old to be President.
I will add that I have been saying the same for MONTHS now. The evidence is becoming more overwhelming, EACH DAY and with nearly every public appearance by "Dear Old Joe."

Increasing numbers of voters don't think Biden should be running after debate with Trump — CBS News poll

For months before the first debate, the nation's voters repeatedly expressed doubts over whether President Biden had the cognitive health enough to serve.

Today, those doubts have grown even more: now at nearly three-quarters of the electorate, and now including many within his own party.

And today, after the debate with former President Trump, an increased number of voters, including many Democrats, don't think Mr. Biden should be running for president at all. Nearly half his party doesn't think he should now be the nominee.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/poll-debat ... abilities/

Some 66% of registered voters have doubts about Biden’s mental fitness after the debate, a 12-point increase from May, while 74% say Biden is showing he is too old to be president (up 11 points from May), and 54% believe he is getting worse as president, a five-point increase from May, according to a Friday-Sunday Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll of 2,090 registered voters.

Trump’s six-point lead in a two-way matchup remains unchanged from May, as both Biden and Trump have lost two points since last month, according to the Harvard CAPS/Harris poll.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/saradorn/2024/07/02/bidens-ominous-post-debate-polls-66-of-voters-doubt-mental-fitness-as-trumps-lead-ticks-up/

AND 603 lies? Most were exaggerations and hyperboles, that Trump does ALL THE TIME. And if Trump lied during the debate, Biden did a terrible job countering them and denying them with any effective refutation.

It looks like at least 6 people in the poll, right now, did not. People usually gravitate towards someone who aligns with their own ideology instead of the effectiveness of articulating it. I don't like either candidate, but it was clear that Biden was a complete disaster.

Rat congressman comes to terms with his party's fate ...

Rep. Jared Golden (D-Maine) predicted his party would lose the White House this fall but added “I'm OK with that.”

“While I don’t plan to vote for him, Donald Trump is going to win,” he wrote in an op-ed in The Bangor Daily News.

https://www.politico.com/live-updates/2 ... s-00166311

By agreeing not to resist, Golden may have spared himself from the most onerous elements of the forthcoming national reorganization.

Meanwhile, today, the first Rat members of Congress have publicly called on Biden to quit due to his severe mental retardation.

BLOODBATH

Leaked internal DNC polling now shows Old Joe losing in previously Democratic "lock" states of NH, VA and NM.

NH hasn't gone GOP in 24 years.

It only goes to show...
Trump stood up admirably to numerous baseless pseudo-legal hatchet job attacks fabricated by completelyunethical dem-scum at both the national and state (NY, GA) level, and then continues on, unfazed, to perform with excellence in both the debate and on the campaign trail.
That is the Enduro- 'Can-Do' attitute that America needs.

Meanwhile, Biden can barely form a complete sentence...

One of them, though, the one about Christmas, really pisses me off. I hear this more and more, right-wingers taking credit for "bringing back Christmas." When was it gone? I didn't notice it had ever left (although if it did, I wouldn't ask anyone to bring it back, lol.) Can someone please name the years in which Christmas was absent, so the conservatives had to go bring it back?

The New York Times, this morning, reports Biden is seriously considering withdrawing and a decision may be announced as soon as Monday.

For the first time in American history, a candidate was beat so badly in a presidential general election debate, he just dropped out rather than continue.

As usual this is the Dems fault.

Just because Happy Holidays became more common, does not mean that its alternatives disappeared.

Yes, troll-mod is totally a thing.

If by "trolling" you mean, "making a point", then yes. Is that what you meant? Is any valid point "trolling" in your books?

Of course I know that more neutral statements like Happy Holidays became more common, especially in bland things like corporate emails. But at no point was Merry Christmas in danger of extinction.

My point, which I thought was perfectly clear, is that this is another of those non-problems that right wingers are so excited about pretending to fix.

Trump opens up massive lead over Old Joe.

Former President Trump has expanded his lead over President Biden in the aftermath of last week’s debate to 6 points, up from 3 just a week prior, according to a much-anticipated New York Times/Siena College poll.

The poll showed Trump leading Biden with 49 percent to the incumbent’s 43 percent among likely voters, holding the largest lead he has had in a Times/Siena poll since 2015, when he first ran for president. Among registered voters, Trump’s lead expands to 8 points, 49 percent to 41 percent.

The polls the public hasn't seen are even more frightening for Old Joe, apparently ...

Former Obama adviser Dan Pfeiffer said that a leaked polling memo “shook Democrats in their boots” in a Wednesday substack post.
