im trying to raise money for my beagle max he has a tumor on his spleen,its small enough to remove it,and give my boy few more years. Any amount would be greatly appreciated, if he dont get it then i will have to put him down and im not ready for that.

Instead of trying to gather the funds. Hunt down free or low-cost veterinarian services, either through veterinarian schools or charitable humane societies.
Of course, 'emergency' self-administered surgery is a last-resort. Obviously not without risks and costs, but it is amazing what one can teach oneself online...

Here is what should be done.
The U.S. should take over the entire Greater Antilles region. That's Puerto Rico, and also Cuba, Haiti, etc. ...so basically just a bunch of basketcase islands.
These islands would then be converted into U.S. states, ...but ones that have their land area composed entirely of U.S. military bases. Are you following me?
After that, Uncle Sam's Defense Department would be in charge of handing out pet surgeries (non-cosmetic only, no abortions), hurricane-proof bunker-dwellings, water, electricity, all that good stuff.
