Thiery Henry? Juninho Pernambucano? :P

juninho, god like in france, and lyons best player, but not in the world. As for henry, personly i dont think he is the best, although a very talented player indeed. I think Ronaldinho is the best, just he style and fast feet with skill gets my vote, and such a croud pleaser :P . Another one to look out for is C.Ronaldo, playing his best football right now and taking on the whole premiership all guns blazing :D

Yes, cripes, you didn't know that?

While it's hard to argue with Ronaldinho, personally I lean toward Claude Makélélé. He's not as flashy as a lot of guys that play attacking roles, but you have to love the way he breaks stuff up in the midfield, and rewards guys in good position. I don't think it's coincidence that Real hasn't won since he left, and Chelsea won back to back since he's joined, both sides didn't make major player changes other than him. Plus, france had NO business being in the finals against italy, he was instrumental in getting them there.

OMG you have writen a whole post without any cussin'. EDIT IT before it uppsets the delicate balance and destroyes the world  .
Joke aside, I admit that I was just pulling your chain. Ronaldinho is the greatest player of our time. =D> The only problem for me is that he's a foward. I allways had more respect for the midfielders, because I feel they contribute more to the team. But maybe my objectivity towards fowards is influenced by the fact that the gratest Croatian striker, Davor Suker, is one of the most anoying public figures I have ever seen (though he was a brilliant striker).

Juhninho is better IMO. And (I know that Ron will agree with me about this) the best goal from free kick was made by Ronaldhino, against England WC2002

a famous player wont change americans opinion about the sport. the ticket sales may be boosted for a while but then the novelty will wear off
Would you choose supremecy if it lead to isolation?

The onlything that will change your opinion is when you win something..... O and what a feeling that is.

Rooney and Larsson are my favs this season followed by Henry
