DKs koontz-style IV [W=Dowian2]

Seeing as I'm about to pass koontz1973 in the Tournament Organisers Hall of Fame, I figure this is the right time to make my fourth (and probably final) koontz-style tournament.
16 players in 1v1 action will play one single round where everybody plays everybody once (therefore 15 simultaneous games) on the Random map with default (Auto, Seq, Esc, Chained, Sunny) settings, and any ties to be resolved by the much-debated koontz rule.
(Wow, it is possible to completely describe a tournament in just one sentence!)
For those who want it broken down into steps:
Classification: 1v1
Eligibility: Premium Only. (Beware: you will get all 15 games at once!)
Map: Random
Settings: CC default (Auto, Sequential, Escalating, Chained, Sunny, No Trench)
Ties: koontz rule (see below if you need clarifications)
There! In true koontz style, I made every line a different pretty colour! (I don't do anything by half-measures, even imitations!)
This is my 115th tournament!
