Well after a long 6 year wait I have decided to revive one of CC's toughest tournaments: The Iron Man Tournament. This time around it will be played with a Terminator theme.
INTRO: The Iron Man tournament is played between 6 competitors who will qualify for their spot. They will play 32 terminator games against each other.. BROKEN DOWN INTO TWO ROUNDS OF 16 GAMES. The maps will be selected randomly, however we will not play the same map twice(Re-draw). The idea is to see who is the best standard player regardless of map.
HOW TO WIN: Since this is a terminator tournament there is a new way to win. Instead of the player with the most wins, the player who terminates the most players out of all 32 games will be the winner! May the top killer win!
SET UP: 16 players will be accepted. They will separate(randomly) into two groups of 8. This is the qualifying round. The top 3 killers from each game will be accepted. IN THE EVENT OF A TIE IT WILL BE DECIDED BY ORDER OF ELIMINATION... The last player that was eliminated will be the winner.
From there the 6 finalists will play the first round of 16 games, and as that round comes to a conclusion the second 16 games will be started.
GAME SETTINGS: Terminator, Sequential, Escalating, Chained, Sunny, No trench, 24 Hr, Automatic, Round limit 30 rounds
REQUIREMENTS: 1400+ Points, 95%+ Turn attendance, PREMIUM, WILLINGNESS TO TAKE ON A HIGH GAME LOAD AND TAKE ALL TURNS THROUGHOUT
