I wasn't aware it's not aloud (as was specifically indicated on the game chat). More specifically I indicated that in the chat that I'm certain it's aloud. If I wanted to go behind the back of anyone or be dishonest in any way, I would have not done it on chat but by other means.
I searched the thread and couldn't find any mention that deals are not aloud. I ask u to reconsider due to this fact. It was an inocent misunderstanding that certainly doesn't call for such a punishment.

Mention of throwing any game is under the rules of the site, it does not have to be included in the rules of a specific tournament. If you were somehow unaware of this rule it is unfortunate, but with the very limited information I have seen the punishment seems appropriate.
No one can deny that some tournaments' setup encourage this type of event. I am in another tourney where we are awarded points based on the place we finish in each game. This encourages some very strange play at times by players whose goal becomes to finish 2nd or 3rd, and do not intend to win the individual game.
