Breakdown
Five groups of five will compete, with one player being eliminated each round until there is only one player left standing. The remaining five players will playoff in a final round until once more there is one left standing.
Each round will start on Classic Shapes, sequential, escalating, chained, sunny. The first person eliminated is out. But the winner of the game gets to choose the settings for the next game. All settings are allowed except for freestyle. This continues for every round until there are two players left. The winner of the previous game gets to choose the settings for the best of five pool final. This format is repeated for the tournament finals.
Settings
Settings for all first round games, and the first round of the finals will be Classic Shapes, sequential, escalating, chained, sunny. Everything else is fair game, with the exception of freestyle, in the subsequent rounds.
Maps
All maps are open for this tournament. If you are afraid of what map may be picked then don't sign up...or just make sure you win in the opening round
