As a special agent of an emerging eastern super-power you have been given two espionnage targets to eliminate in order to reduce threats upon your political manoevres. Your first target is believed to have last been seen in Alexandria, Egypt whilst your second target is known to have boarded a plane to China. You will of course be fully briefed about your targets and their entourages.

It will start one hour later than the last tournament (Speed Terminator II).
It will be just two rounds and therefore not very time consuming.
To ensure the tournament runs, there are a series of back-up plans in case players fail to show (please see previous tournaments for examples). However many players we have (every number between 16 and 25), there will be a plan ready.
To enter, check all details, especially the time. Then post a reply to this thread, then send me a PM on the day of the tournament, at least 20 minutes before the start time (I will send reminders during the week before).
Ideally, there will be 20 players as per the following diagram:
Matches at 7:00pm (1st Round) then 8:00pm (Final) GMT. Matches at 11.00am (1st Round) then 12.00pm (Final) Los Angeles.

All arrangements are designed to maximise the probability of the tournament working. Hence the choice of relatively small maps (Egypt:Lower and Greater China), Sequential (to attract players), Small number of Players, Escalating, Adjacent and Fog of War (both to reduce the probability of build-up). Effectively this will be a pilot tournament. If it works, we may be on for more tournaments, and arouse the interest of other tournament organisers.
As many reserves as possible will be recruited. If a player has failed to turn-up five minutes after the match start time, a mass PM will be sent to the reserve list with game no. and password. It will then be a case of first-come, first-served for the reserves. Players knocked-out will become a second reserve list.[/spoiler]
