There will be some changes from the first installments. In this tournament, rather than playing with the same person for 100 games, you'll play everybody in the tournament over the course of all maps. For example, Player 1 will face Player 2 for the first batch, and for the second batch Player 1 will face Player 3. In the end, everyone will play a 1v1 game on every map but with different opponents.
Maps: Every map creatable as of now will be included. Maps that are Quenched
after the launch of the first set of games will
not be included. Keep in mind, maps added midway through rounds 1-20 will be in the Finals. All games will be Standard, Sequential, Escalating, Chained, No Fog of War.
Each Sunday, you will get 5 games, going alphabetically. Batch 1 will be against the same person, but after playing one batch with someone you won't be playing them again (Unless the number doesn't come out to be even, then
http://www.random.org will decide). I doubt that you could have more than 15 games at once, seeing that 2 player games end fairly quickly.
Scoring: For each win, you get 1 point. For each loss, you get 0. After all of the first round games are complete, the top 6 players
overall will move onto the Finals. Then, those 6 players will do it all over again.
