Huntyr Green

Rank: Captain (1848)
Age: Unknown
Sex: Male
Location: Baltimore, MD, United States
Kills: 621 (427 unique players, 77 unique players ranked captain or above)
Accuracy of kill count, given assassin and terminator modes: within 30, give or take
Time spent calculating # of kills: priceless

Description: Huntyr Green eats Conquer Club for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He kills for the experience (always trying new maps), for the glory (always signing up for tournaments), for the raw, pure pleasure. Nothing brings him more joy than being the finger at the end of a string of dominos, bringing down objective after objective until his target stands alone, surrounded and intimidated, resigned yet impressed. Huntyr Green carries no loyalties (no clan), yet maintains friendly contact with several past associates (able to recruit a team if needed). While Huntyr can be a team player when the situation calls for it, he is even more adept at 1v1, taking satisfaction in brutally beating his enemies down and leaving triumphant with a monochrome screen.

38% Win Percentage (Around 67% in 1v1)
99% Turns Taken

Well, piss! That's clever. For anyone who's reading this, I'm not in this tournament. Unless you're one of the organizers, please stop reading this post now.

I still want to be in the tournament. See how clever I am!

just for clarification. In multi player games say an 8 man standard escalating game. Do I need to deal the killing blow or just make sure my target dies and I live?

In team games If I kill my target and my team loses does that count?

If I kill my target in a standard game then die does that count? etc.

Thanks

There are many scenarios and both would count in this case.

In team games If I kill my target and my team loses does that count?

Yes, but there is no bonus for getting yourself wounded.

If I kill my target in a standard game then die does that count? etc.

Yes

Looks like 9/200 done. Some quick starters/leaners. Several people earning full commission and bonus too. I might have to publish the payroll tonight as there are some great results already.

Its interesting getting games out of guys who dont want to play you or dont lay many games at all. I am noticeing some guys only play one type of game and join last to make sure no high rankers join in. Funny to get such a personalized view of another playrs strategies to maintain their ranks etc...

All targets have had open public seq games over the last 2 months. Some are far and few between though. I've seen several different strategies and one player is already done 4 targets.

Since the signup, I have shown the world that I could easily go from Sargeant 1st to Major... is there anyone not performing enough that I could replace? Hummm, time to get things moving again here!

Based on the results so far, instead of replacing some, I went with all out firing several of the players. Had to cancel event 3. Contracts were re-distributed.

So far, this seems way to innovative for most. I will have to dial it back next time and make it easier. You will definitely get an invite next time PPG.

Re: Deadly Vipers Inc. [WINNER: Kid Whiskey]

Postby jpcloet on Sun Aug 02, 2009 9:13 am

The winner did things quite simply by getting into the games and then winning mainly on the first attempt, and was the most effective at getting to the hardest targets. Oddly enough, they didn't rely on the events which I thought would have been the separating factor. The unpublished bonuses didn't play a large factor either which also surprised me. The undisclosed bonuses were:

The Lure (luring your victim)
Witnesses (kills after your target was killed) - Most common bonus
Manipulator (Terminator only, letting another take the kill, but still win the game)
Epic Battle (1v1 battle past 20 rounds) - Was not achieved by anyone
Team Lead (kill in a team game)
Killing Spree (2 or more targets in 1 game) - Achieved by one player Danalan
Mass Murder (4 or more targets in 1 game) - Not achieved. I was quite surprised no player attempted to get 4 or more targets into one game, would have been a 1st attempt risk, but could have been a huge payoff.

Congrats to KidWhisky and also some big props to the effort made by:
