Rodion's Flexible Cup #1 - 13 Colonies -> Krissan
Number of entrants: 16 - I'll also accept 1 or 2 reserves
Players have 24 hours to join a game once invites are sent. If they do not join on the first round, a reserve will fill the spot. If they do not join on the second round, third or fourth round, whoever was last eliminated by the no-show will get his spot.
Player restriction: you can only join this if you have 2000+ points at the moment I notice you've applied.
Games are 1v1 and the loser is eliminated. Win 4 in a row and you get to claim the heavily desired Rodion's Flexible Cup!

Any of the 6 "usual settings" can be changed if both parties agree. In order to determine that, every participant is entitled to picking his preferred settings at the moment he signs up. When creating a game, I'll go with the usual settings, unless I realize both parties playing that determined game have chosen a same different setting. Example:
Player A has chosen - Sequential, Manual, Flat Rate, Adjacent, Foggy, Speed
Player B has chosen - Freestyle, Automatic, Nuclear, Adjacent, Sunny, Casual
Since both agreed with adjacent, this particular game will have adjacent reinforcements. Everything else that was disagreed upon will be played according to the usual settings, meaning the game will be "Sequential, Automatic, No Spoils, Adjacent, Foggy and Casual".
Bracket will be random, but I'll control the randomness so people that have opted for the same settings play each other (example: if 3 people have picked the "sunny" setting, I'll randomly place 2 of them against each other in the round of 16 and I'll place the remaining one in such a way he may play a sunny game in the quarterfinals (controled randomness rule to ensure you play with your preferred settings as much as possible).
