Rodion's Flexible Cup #1 - 13 Colonies - Winner: Krissan

Players have 24 hours to join a game once invites are sent. If they do not join on the first round, a reserve will fill the spot. If they do not join on the second round, third or fourth round, whoever was last eliminated by the no-show will get his spot.
Player restriction: you can only join this if you have 2000+ points at the moment I notice you've applied.
Seedings will be defined according to the Scoreboard at the moment I accept the 16th entrant.
Games are 1v1 and the loser is eliminated. Win 4 in a row and you get to claim the heavily desired Rodion's Flexible Cup!

Any of the 6 "usual settings" can be changed if both parties agree. In order to determine that, every participant is entitled to picking his preferred settings at the moment he signs up. When creating a game, I'll go with the usual settings, unless I realize both parties playing that determined game have chosen a same different setting. Example:
Player A has chosen - Sequential, Manual, Flat Rate, Adjacent, Foggy, Speed
Player B has chosen - Freestyle, Automatic, Nuclear, Adjacent, Sunny, Casual
Since both agreed with adjacent, this particular game will have adjacent reinforcements. Everything else that was disagreed upon will be played according to the usual settings, meaning the game will be "Sequential, Automatic, No Spoils, Adjacent, Foggy and Casual".
