Each winner of round 1 games go to the second round

Random.org will be used to set up 16 matches of 4 players each for the first round.
Random.org will be used to set up 4 matches of 4 players each for the second round.
For this tournament premium or freemium
I will take reserves, but only for round 1 if someone does not join. If someone does not join after round 1 the game will be played with less than 4 players and players not joining will finish tied for the bottom on that round.
When I send a pm you have 48 hours to join or you are automatically replaced with a reserve. If I have time I send a reminder, but that should not be expected. (excludes semis and Finals)
Placement for the TPA for this event:
Eliminated first in your game in round 1 will tie for 49th
Eliminated second in your game in round 1 will tie for 33rd
Eliminated third in your game in round 1 will tie for 17th
Eliminated first in your game in round 2 will tie for 13th
Eliminated second in your game in round 2 will tie for 9th
Eliminated third in your game in round 2 will tie for 5th
Eliminated first in the finals and you will finish 4th
Eliminated second in the finals and you will finish 3rd
Eliminated third int he finals and you will finish 2nd
Winner of the Finals is Champion for this tourney.
