Welcome to Psycho B's 70th Tourney: World War
This is a 32 player tournament based on the actual location of the players and is broken up into two parts.
Note: you will play for the country that is listed in your profile.
I combined some countries/continents due to how many players I felt I could get from each. I may have under or over estimated player participation from certain locations and I will correct it if I host another one of these.
8 players are needed from each group location:
USA
Canada
South America, Africa and Australia
Europe and Asia
Round 1 will be 1v1, where players from the same country will face off against each other. The loser will be eliminated.
Round 2 will be 4v4. The winners from round 1 will make quad teams and compete for their countries.
Game 1: USA vs. Canada
Game 2: Mexico, South America, Africa and Australia vs. Europe and Asia
Round 3 (Finals): Winner of R2 G1 vs. Winner of R2 G2
This tournament will take place on the Classic map.
Play order in the first round will be random. This will be done with random.org.
Game Settings: Automatic, Sequential, No Spoils, Chained, Sunny.
Deadbeats in round 1 will be replaced with a reserve.
Deadbeats in any other round will be replaced by someone who was eliminated in a previous round..
Also, I am not completely satisfied with the name "World War", so if anyone has a better suggestion please let me know and I might change the title before this starts.
P.S. Please list which country/continent you are representing. I can look it up, but it will make it easier on me.
