Congratulations to the winner...
Dude1234!!
All games for this tournament will be 6 player games on one of the 3 AOR maps.
NO FREEMIUM
settings: standard, auto, seq, esc, chained, sunny
There will now be 18 people (so 3 groups), 2 people from each group advance to the final, everything else stays the same
Everyone will be divided up into groups of 6 based on when they join. Each group of 6 will play 9 games, sent out in 3 batches of 3 games a piece. In each batch, 1 game will be on AOR 1, 1 on AOR 2, and 1 on AOR 3. I will try to get either 36 people (18 if i can't get to 36). If there are 18, the top two players from the 3 groups will advance to the finals, if there are 36 players, only the top player from each group will advance. Finals structure will be the same as the first round structure.
The tiebreaker in the first round will be total wins, then avg. finish in the third batch of games, then avg. finish in the second batch of games, then whoever finished highest in game 9 (the AOR 3 game in the third batch).
Ties in the finals will be broken by 1 game on AOR 1 between the tied players, unless all of the tied players would rather play on one of the other AOR maps.
Scoring:
first place 10 pts
second 3 pts
third 1 pt
fourth/fifth 0 pts
sixth -1 pt
I am hoping there will be enough interest to make this a 36 person tourney, I will only stop at 18 people if necessary.
Feel free to ask questions, good luck!
