The Olympic Medal Games Medal Games follow the same period structure as before, but it takes 4 goals to win. The current coach for each team will be able to choose their starting lineup for the 1st period.
Canada 4 v Russia 0 1st - Game 6877168 2nd - Game 6926359 3rd - Game 6994031 Canada finished the 3rd period the same way they played the entire game - in a dominant fashion - scoring 4 goals on 22 shots and shutting out the Russians. Next they'll face the Swedes, who are currently tied with the Americans in the 3rd period.
USA 1 v Sweden 3 1st - Game 6877170 2nd - Game 6977579 3rd - Game 7051598 Sweden worked out their communication kinks and made a strong comeback against the US to garner their first win.

Change to the scoring system:
Each "game" is up to 3 periods long and 3 goals wins the game. 1st period - Country A's home map (1 goal) 2nd period - Country B's home map (1 goal) 3rd period - Vancouver map (2 goals) OT - Classic map (1 goal)
Medal Games follow the same period structure but it takes 4 goals to win.
That will make for some close games!
