This tournament follows the French football league and cup.
-There are 20 doubles teams representing the 20 clubs playing in the Ligue 1 2009-2010 and 12 doubles teams representing 12 clubs playing in the Ligue 2 2009-2010 (these last 12 teams will only play in the cups and not in the league; you can sign up for the Ligue 2 teams later in a seperate topic after the 20 Ligue 1 clubs are all taken)
-All games are Sequential, Automatic
-Teams can choose their home settings (map, cards, fortifying, fog/no fog). All maps except France are allowed. Teams can't change their home settings any more after they started their first home game.
This tournament has 4 parts:
1) Ligue 1: All teams play each other twice (home-and-away), so a total of 38 games for all teams. You get 1 point for each game you win. When teams have the same number of points, then their head-to-head results will count first, and when that also gives no conclusion there will be a play-off game (France, No Spoils, Adjacent, No Fog).
2) French Cup: knock-out tournament. All rounds will be played in 1 game. Final will be played on neutral ground (France, No Spoils, Adjacent, No Fog).
3) League Cup: knock-out tournament. All rounds will be played in 1 game. Final will be played on neutral ground (France, No Spoils, Adjacent, No Fog).
4) Supercup: the winner of the Ligue 1 will play the winner of the French Cup on France, No Spoils, Adjacent, No Fog. If the same team has won both the Ligue 1 and the French Cup they will play the runner-up of the Ligue 1.
I will first set-up the games for matchday 1 and when they are all started I will set-up the games for matchday 2 etc. You don't have to be Premium, but you have to keep 2 slots for this tournament available.
After matchday 1 each team can select a new player (when 1 of the players doesn't show up for a game or withdraws) 1 time without losing points. Any next change of players will cost the team 1 penalty-points for each player. Ligue 2 teams can change their team once during the season. A next change will result in being expelled from the Cups.
