This is a Tournament Players Association (TPA) event, and is governed by its rules, guidelines, and judgments. All are welcome to join and participate in the association. You need do nothing more than join one or more of the TPA events that will be announced each Monday. Check back on the TPA scoreboard in the Tournaments--> General Info forum to see how you're doing.
TPA scoring
If you are knocked out in the first round you will be tied for 25th place
If you are knocked out in the second round you will be tied for 19th place
If you are knocked out in the third round you will be tied for 13th place
If you are knocked out in the fourth round (last round of pool play) you will be tied for 7th place
If you lose in the first round of the finals you will finish in 6th place
If you lose in the second round of the finals you will finish in 5th place
If you lose in the third round of the finals you will finish in 4th place
If you lose in the fourth round of the finals you will finish in 3rd place
If you lose in the last round of the finals you will finish in 2nd place
If you win the tournament you will finish in 1st place

Breakdown
*Please read the instructions on how to join carefully. I will take the first 30 CORRECTLY signed up players. If you fail to pick a group/map you will be skipped over to the next correctly signed up person.*
You don't have to win...just don't be the first player eliminated! The objective of this tournament is to not the be the first person eliminated in the game. Once the first person is eliminated, the next round will start up with all remaining players from the previous game.
30 players to start...only 1 will survive.
The first round will begin with 5 players per group. The last player alive at the end of the elimination round will advance to the final grouping with the other remaining players, with the first player eliminated in each game being knocked out until there again is one player left.
The next round will start as soon as all groups have had their first player eliminated. There is a good chance that you may have more than one tournament game going on at the same time. This is why...

Settings
The settings for all games and all rounds will be sequential, escalating, chained, no fog.
*note* When each pool and the finals gets down to 2 players it will be a best 2 out of 3 series to see who advances/wins.
