I have sent you many pm's and your responses (very few 1 of 4 I think) do not make any sense.
If you need help running this tourney I would gladly help you but you have to respond. You are listed as 9 years old. Might be a bit too much running a tourney if that is the case.
Number of entrants: 24: first stage 12 games ,12 people win, then 6 games, 3 people win, then one 3 player game winner of that is champion.
Map: aor 2
Game Type: manual, 2 player
Play Order: freestyle
Spoils: flat rate
Reinforcements: unlimited
Fog of War: yes
The set up for this tourney should not have been approved because based on your set up the bracket does not match up. You have it set as two player games yet you end up with three player games in the third round. Base on the games created you have set it up to be:
Round 1=12*2 player games=12 winners
Round 2=6*2 player games=6 winners
Round 3=2*3 player games=2 winners
Round 4-Finals one 2 player game
This is fine, but that is not how you have it listed (yours in red, mine in blue)
You also have a first round game that has never been played. You have someone that mad the finals already. So basically you have players in games in all four rounds. Not sue how you fairly set up the match ups. I guess you just took winners and added them into the games as they finished. Does not seem to be a very fair process.
I have also asked you about a time limit for joining games. Since you still have round 1 games that have not started I suppose there is no time limit. Being a freestyle tourney it is recommended that some form of rules for joining the games is put into place. No one wants to go second in a freestyle game.
I spoke with jricart and he said you did not get back to him either. This is why I am posting this in the thread and I will send a copy to you and Night Strike. Like I said I will gladly help you, but you need to respond to me.
