Hello everyone,
This is a call for a quick Luxembourg bracket ATP style tournamet.
Luxembourg map was chosen due to it's simplicity and quick
format, and also due to the fact that it's a kind of map where
it's never over until the fat lady sings.
Here are the details:
Map: Luxembourg
Deployment: Auto
Turns: Sequential
Spoils: Flat
Reinforcement: Unlimited
Fog: No
Rounds: Casual
All matches 1vs1, 1 game knockout.
64 (78 - see below) players simple bracket style tournament.
ATP style means that first round games and the brackets will be organized
according to players ranking at the time of the games organization, i.e.,
highest score player agains lowest, second highest score against second
lowest, and so on; this mehod will continue into the advanced rounds of
the tournament - quarter finals, semi finals and the finals.
Also, first 50 Players by their score will qualify to round 1 automatically; The other 28
players will play one qualification round, knockout, and the 14 winners of the qulification
round will join the other 50 players for a standard bracket 64 players tournament, sorted
in round 1 by their score.
General Acheivement Medal - A GA medal for the Fastest Winner in the tournament
will be granted - the player to win a game within the lowest number of rounds;
If two or more players make the same acheivement, the first one (CC time will rule)
to reach the acheivment will be the medal winner.
