This tourney will be open to only premium players to ensure no delays in games being joined.
I will take up to 100 players for this tourney. If it fills up fast, I may be willing to take more players.
The gameplay is as follows:
Each round, the current players will be randomly organized in a list. You will play the person above you and the person below you (very top and very bottom are to be considered "bordering"). If you win either of these games you make it to the next round. If you lose both, you are eliminated. Each round follows same logic until there is only 1 player standing. If both players at the end agree, the finals may be switched to a best of 3 series but both finalists have to agree.
Settings are:
Random Map
Automatic
Sequential
Escalating
Chained
Sunny
Players must join both of their games within 24 hours otherwise they will be removed from the list and the two players they were designated to play against will play each other.
I reserve the right to refuse to accept players for any reason though this is unlikely. I also reserve the right to make any judgment calls as needed.
The following GA Medals have been approved:
- Player with the most number of unique defeats. Tiebreaker will be whoever went 2-0 in the most rounds, then their record against each other, and if there is still a tie it will go to the player that made it the farthest in the tournament, and if there is still a tie it will go to the player who beat the highest ranked player (ranks will be looked at shortly after the tourney). **Congrats to bjf5893 .
- The other two are for the players to win against BluU that result in his elimination. BluU won the original tourney so I am putting a "bounty" on his elimination. **Congrats to azak848 & V.J. for eliminating BluU in Round 8 (Labeled Elite 8.).
