OK, Group 3 is finished with their games. 2nd place in that group was determined by total number of terminations.

Indeed it is. If chris.yfc can pull off the win, he'll be tied with Russde in points and terminations, forcing a sudden death playoff between the two of them. Tense stuff!

And he did it, that dirty rotten @#$@3, I mean: congratulations Chris!! Way to go ;)
The drop outs really warped that game.

So, what form does a 'sudden death' game take in this instance?

Dang. =)

OK, I'll send you guys both an invite to a 2-player Standard (Terminator requires 3+ players) game with the rest of the settings, Sunny, Escalating, etc. The winner of the tiebreaker game advances on to the finals. Good luck!

He only has one game going at the moment. Perhaps he didn't realize what the invite was for.

OK, since Chris isn't around to join up, Russde will advance to the final round. Sorry about that, Chris, but I haven't heard anything from you.

Shame on me for not clearing my schedule for 6 months when i signed up for a tournament and using a week of my vacation doing volunteer work in inner city communities. I'm just a horrible person...

I'm sorry this thing dragged out so long, but congratulations to jwhite07 for the win! He narrowly beat out Le HotSauce, accumulating 23 points and 6 terminations in the final round to beat out Le Hotsauce's 22 points and 5 terminations.

As the highest-placing SoC student, jwhite also wins 3 months of premium.

Nicely done, one and all!
