FINAL STANDINGS:
Congratulations to Fakyras, who overcame rmjw10 in the final match to become champion of the tournament!
Congratulations also to rmjw10 for an excellent performance in placing 2nd.
kuma32478 won third place in the consolation match.
And thank you to all who participated! Well played.

"ENLISTED 16 - Luxembourg" http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=180560
This series is now being split into TWO separate tourneys:
Enlisted 16 (vets) http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=90&t=181659
Enlisted 16 [this one]
As of Nov 29, due to lack of interest, I have removed the "New2CC" designation and the maximum limit of 200 games played.
The main difference now between this tourney and the "Vets" version is that this one has matches of 3 games on a fixed map and settings, while the other has 5-game matches and the settings and map are voted on. This one also allows Freemium players to play ONE game at a time, while the vets version requires them to leave 3 spots open.
This is a Freemium Friendly tournament.
REQUIREMENTS
There only ONE requirement for this tourney:
You must have a rank of Sergeant 1st Class or lower AND a score under 1600 at the time you sign up.
FORMAT
This will be a bracket 1v1 tournament with 3 games per match.*
The bracket and randomized matchups will be created using challonge.com.
I'm looking for 16 players.
There will be a consolation match to determine 3rd place.
*The final match will feature 5 games.
FREEMIUM FRIENDLY
This is designed for players with free accounts. Games may be sent one-at-a-time so please be patient.
IF you are a freemium member please indicate whether you would be willing to play all 3 match games simultaneously (3-at-once) OR prefer to receive only one invitation at a time (1-at-a-time) when you post to sign up.
Any matches between premium members and freemiums who say they're up for 3-at-once will have all 3 games sent at the same time. (So IF you sign up for 3-at-once you must keep 3 spots open.)
Premium members will automatically be signed up for 3-at-once unless they indicate otherwise.
FORFEIT RULE
You will have 48 hours to accept invites for each round - this means you have 2 chances to accept an invite.
If you fail to accept twice you will either be replaced by a reserve (in the first round) OR
your opponent automatically wins and advances (after the first round).
CONCESSION RULE
In matches where games are sent one at a time and one player wins the first 2 games, the remaining game is unnecessary. The tournament will advance to the following round. (The participants may request to play the third game if both agree to.)
HOW TO SIGN UP
Reply to this post saying "In please. 3-at-once" OR "In please. 1-at-a-time"
FINE PRINT
As tournament director I reserve the right to deny entry to particularly obnoxious or low-rated people or those who have deadbeat in a previous tournament... just in case.
