Fastest Finisher II -- Twice As Fast! [WINNER: Gromph!]

How Fast Can You Win??
The goal of this tournament is not only going to be to win your 1v1 games, but to also do it as quickly as you can!
This second offering of the Fastest Finisher tournament will matchup players in 1v1 games on at least 4 maps from CC, in a double-elimination style tournament.
Although the tournament is set up for 84 players, as long as we get at least 38, we can get the tournament off the ground, and I'll tweak the numbers being used in the 1st Round.
All games played with settings: Auto, Seq, Esc, Unlim, Sunny, No Trench, 30 round limit
Each round, pairings will be determined using Random.org
All rounds consist of 2-game 1v1 series, except Championship
A series win consists of going 2-0, or splitting 1-1 with the fastest win in lowest number of rounds
In case of a fastest win tie, a third game will be played in the 1v1 series to determine the winner
In the case of a tie in determining the "X slowest" or "X fastest", a tiebreaker involving all those players will be played on the corresponding map (Auto, Seq, Esc, Unlim, Sunny, No Trench, 30 round limit) for that round, and the first or last players to be eliminated will advance or leave the tournament.
Examples: A) 7 players tie in Winner's Bracket Round 1 for the shortest victory in the most rounds -- a 7-player tiebreaker would be played, with the first 4 players eliminated going to the Loser's Bracket. B) 6 players tie for the shortest victory in the most rounds in Loser's Bracket Round 1, a 6-player tiebreaker game is played, and provided that there were 7 other players advancing with fastest victories, the last player standing in the tiebreaker will advance as part of the 8 players to Loser's Bracket Round 2. [These seem confusing, but they'll make sense if we end up needing tiebreakers, I promise!]
Winner's Bracket Rounds
Each round, 1v1 series winners will be compared by fastest win, slowest winners do not advance
1st Round: WWII Poland, 84 players, 42 winners, 4 slowest to loser's bracket
2nd Round: Madagascar, 38 players, 19 winners, 3 slowest to loser's bracket
3rd Round: Doodle Earth, 16 players, 8 winners, 2 slowest to loser's bracket
4th Round: Luxembourg, 6 players, 3 winners, 1 slowest to loser's bracket
5th Round: Classic, 2 players, winner advances to Championship, other to loser's bracket
