Details:
After the war between the Malorwens and the Tamriel Alliance, leaders from neighbouring worlds realise that co-operation is vital to ensure forces are combined to defend against the strengthening position of Tamriel.

Despite assurances of peace from Tamriel, alliances develop on other worlds as leaders recognise Tamriel's new strategic strength. The nuclear resource-rich desert planet of Hummin proves to be the key to this strengthening power, due to the immense atomic potential of isotopes discovered on the planets' many oases.

War is once again looming and inhabitants of the planets oases begin to evacuate ...
