HA's New Years Eve Speed Bracket
This has been changed to a non speed tourney and will be started when filled due to not enough sign ups in time for the speed
16 players will play in the arms race tourney==when full
Map: Arms Race
16 entrants
1v1, 2 player games
Auto drop
Seq
unlimited reinforcements
no spoils
Sunny
5 minute round speed tourney
I will use the same format below but not with the time limits: 24 hour limits on joining games now in effect 12/31/11
The first 16 players that sign up will get a pm with instructions on joining any one game and one game only--after 12 hours everyone else that signed up past 16 will have the opportunity to join and games not joined by the original 16
Same way for round two except I expect everyone to join --failure to join in 72 hours results in forfeit
Third round will be done by ranking highest rank against lowest rank
First round will be one game
Second round will be one game
Third round will be one game
The finals will be 2 of 3--players will get one at a time unless they both decide to play three at a time-or even start with two
This tourney should last about two hours--depending on the speed of play it could be quicker or even last longer--give yourself three hours to be safe--but really that is only if you make it to the final
To sign up, just post to this thread
For this tournament premium only due to speed
I will take reserves, but only for round 1 if someone does not join.
Anyone with less than 99% turns taken may be left out of the tourney without a decent excuse that they will play the games without missing turns.
Foed players may be left out of the tourney.
I hope this covers everything.
Feel free to ask questions.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.
