ok people the group stage is nearly over...Gameweek 5 is just finished and I will send the final Group stage game out b4 friday....have to move over the weekend so will make sure to get the game out before this...
So far we have 7 teams that are already through to the knock-out stage..but there is still over half the place still to play for....good luck to all those still in the hunt...

Irish Ace - I think you have the standings for group B messed up. It looks like we (Trabz) should have the standings of Inter Milan and vice versa. This is based on the game numbers you have listed below the Group B standings as well as my memory...

ok guys....were nearly finished with the group stage just waiting on a couple more games...but 5 out of the 8 groups are complete and 13 places out of the 16 that advance to the knock-out stage have been claimed...
hope to have this phase wrapped up by the end of next week and will start the knock-out phase the week after....

ok Finally all Group Stage games are finished....the 16 teams that will advance to the knock-out stage are as follows...

I will do the draw for the knockout Stage by the end of the week and post in OP.....the games will be sent sometime next week... any team who finished winners of there group cant be drawn against another group winner and vice versa also teams from the same group can not be drawn against each other......congrats to all the 16 teams that have made the knock-out stage...
Unlucky to those that did not and hope you all enjoyed the tourney.....
I will also update the Golden Boot table by the end of the week.....

ok the matches have been set for the knock-out stage and are in the OP....also Golden boot table has been updated....
here are the games...
LEFT SIDE OF TABLE Shamrock Rovers V Chelsea Bayer Leverkusen V Ajax
Villarreal V Trabzonspor AS Basel V Bayern Munchen
RIGHT SIDE OF TABLE Lille V Shakhtar Donetsk Dinamo Zagreb V AC Milan
BATE V Marseille Borussia Dortmund V Benfica
I will send the invites by the end of the week......these are all home and away games and aggregate score will count for a draw...
In the Knock-Out stage the winner will be the club which scores the greater aggregate of goals, with away goals and then penalties used to determine the winner in the event of a draw, if u do not know how the away goal rule works please read below…
If after the two legs the score in the tie is level on aggregate, the team with the most goals scored away from home qualifies for the next round
all group winners will play there away leg first....good luck

first knock-out round is just wrapping up and should be ready by next weekend for the start of the semi-finals..
will be sending invites for both home & away games at the same time...help speed this up and get it finished

hey everyone...just sent the invites for the quarter finals games....have not got the time at the moment to update the knock-out table and golden boot (have to move and other family stuff)....will get it all updated soon...gl to the last 8 teams...
FINAL The final is decided by a single match….to make it fair the two teams to make it to the final will play one half on there home map & one half on opponents map..if drawn at the end of the game we will go to penalty shoot-out
will release this final game after the last few 1v1 from semi-finals have finished and I have updated the tables...
good luck to both teams....
