Heya ConquerClub,
As some of you may have realized, our dear old friend Gilligan has stepped down from his position as Entertainment Coordinator. It is certainly a bittersweet feeling to no longer work with him in an official capacity, but I'm certain that we'll all be seeing him around Conquer Club! I wish nothing but the best for his future endeavors as he has been a fantastic individual to work with . To help out, sempaispellcheck has taken the lead of Entertainment Coordinator. I have the utmost confidence that he'll be a splendid team leader since he's been a fantastic, loyal, and hard-working volunteer!
With great farewells come great frontiers! Due to the humongonormosity of the Entertainment Team, we have taken this opportunity to do a split! Before, the Entertainment Team was in charge of Special Events, The Dispatch, and Social Media! Now, to dedicate more time and to streamline our efforts, we have added our very own (color pending) Media Team!. This team will be headed and coordinated by a fantastic volunteer, former Dispatch Executive: thehippo8
The Media Team will be in charge of The Dispatch and Social Media, leaving our event planning to the relatively unchanged Entertainment Team With the creation of any new Department, this calls for more man-hours . See our Team CC Volunteer Callout for not only a position on the Entertainment Team, but the Tech Team is looking for some help, too (no coding experience necessarily required )!
I look forward to everything that we can accomplish with this split and new Department Leaders! Thats all for now, good luck to Gilligan and to our new Leads!!
