I sent a PM with my hole cards thinking it was Texas hold 'em but now I believe that won't work.

For clarification. After reading this thread it seems like you are playing 7 card stud, jokers wild...

We need 2 hold cards, plus the 5 common cards.
To make a final hand of 7 cards total.

All 7 cards need to be from the same deck.

either, all yellow regular minions
or
all purple evil minions.

Jokers are extra wild and work for either deck.

Edit: Oh goodness, it looks like you can mix decks but not use duplicate cards.

As in I could have a Ace from either deck, paired with another Ace from either deck but not two Aces of the same suit from opposite decks.

So you could submit up to four or a kind but they must be a Spade, a Heart, a Club and a Dismond to count.

There are playoffs for the jokers. You will have to prove that you can be the one to hold the Joker. SO... 7 cards is best to submit.

If you put 5 jokers in your hand as your best hand AND two other cards, you would need to win 5 games to have the best possible hand and therefore win 1st place. If you fail to win all 5, you can still have Royal Flush. Even if you win only 3 games out of 5, you can still have Royal Flush. Who put 5 jokers needs at least 3 wins to have a hand with 5 best cards. So if you put your best hand without jokers, you don't need to win any play-off games and can still have the best hand and finish 1st. I think it's fair trade-off.

That is the point, to have the best possible hand, you'd need all 5 jokers and all 5 wins. Next to that is Royal flush which you could have obtained without jokers and play the games just to strip someone a joker who was heading for 5 joker hand. As I said, it's a fair tradeoff, if someone wins all 5 games then he deserves to have the best hand and he only needed to find 5 jokers, not the whole Royal flush set.
