For future rounds, will there be a schedule posted of who our opponents will be in each round of the round robin (or is there a way to determine this from the brackets you have posted)? We like to balance game loads and may shuffle home personnel depending on who has expertise on a given away set, and we'd like to get those to you as timely as possible to minimize the burden on you in setting up games.

No change, the reason I said 9/22 is for the HOME team to expect invitation for Round 2, creating games ahead is helping a lot, each round does need 504 invitations therefore if I can have 50% send a week ahead then all I need is sending the AWAY teams by the scheduled date, is this make sense?

By the schedule, round 2 is two weeks later than round 1. Therefore, I expected that sending of home teams invitations will happen two weeks apart but in fact it is only one week. For me this is important because we have a freemium who is expected to have free slots every two weeks.

Yeah I know, the start of Round 1 took a week to saddle because the length to get all team response for the AWAY teams, we still did not receive every team leader, more than a third failed to answer, but since we can’t push the established schedule due to lack of communication, I went ahead and invited all teams using the HOME team structure.
What to keep in mind is the player joining the home game for Round 2 will more than likely wait about a week before seeing the away players being invited, this again to allow the invitation process to be split on a weekly basis.
For Round 3 it will be a true 2 weeks gap.

josko, to add to your “Freemium situation”, you took the risk to go against the rules stipulated into the Championship main thread (refer announcement Forum section), the Championships events are designed for Premium only therefore we won’t be able to accommodate Freemium game load issue. I understand some team chosen to go that route but we expect team leader to have a recovery plan in order to prevent player joining restriction for those who decided to “hire” Freemium player.

When we began play in our USA 2.1 triples and quads home games, we noticed that the games did not have the trench setting we intended. Looking back at our original post, it appears we simply omitted any statement of whether the games would be trench or non-trench. While we understand that the round 1 games have begun and it would not be fair to restart those to change the setting, we'd like for future rounds' triples and quads home games on USA 2.1 to be set up with the trench setting. All other settings were correct.
