What Makes This Map Worthy of Being Made: unsure - maybe it's too big?

Nah, it's too small. You need to make it a lot bigger to get the army numbers to fit.

Yeah it's still too small. You need to be able to fit 888:s in every territory, while also fitting in territory names in a readable size. With the current size I don't think that is possible.

Weird, there must be a maximum size because no matter how large I make the image it shrinks back down ... lol ... either there is a tag that will allow a bigger picture or that's as big as the site allows!

No there isn't... it's the hosting site that shrinks your image, you need to change settings there
