- 1 bonus per 4.5 electoral votes (1 territory in state per 4.5)

- Plus 2 extra for key battle ground states - Ohio, Penn, Florida, Missouri

- Bonus for controlling a certain amount of blue or red states

- Put metropolises in there - make them start neutral but auto deploy plus 1 and be able to attack any other metropolis.

BORING.

Do you really want to think about politics when you play CC? Seriously?

When you consider this is just another USA map with a slightly different GP, why would anyone want to play it. It will also be out of date by the time the next polling data is up. And we all know how accurate that is.

Red states and blue states haven't changed much really for decades. And I think a lot of people would be interested in a solid US spinoff. I also think the key state and metropolis features add a touch that other US maps don't.

I think the idea is based on politics, but one really doesn't have to think about politics to play this map. Certainly if the mere thought of polarizing politics annoys them though then it'd be a map to stay away from. I think the community at large would like it.

Yeah - the blues want people to think Politics is boring - so we must have it to educate people out of the blue brainwashing :D

Sorry - the other way round - you yanks even need to learn what red and blue are about.

Blue = Cold

Red = Warm

Even in the map foundry VOL seeks to polarize the American people through political divisions.
