States are mostly unappealing and Minnesota isnt the best to choose, anyway. Use your talents for a more creative map! I know you can do it!

Do it. I live in the MSP area and may be able to take some pics for you if you need it.
I would also suggest a twin cities inset map. You can divide into metro areas.

I dont mean to rain on your parade, targetman, honest. I just think the only people who are really gonna play a Minnesota map are people that live in Minnesota... I just think your talents would be best used in another concept.

Ok, I have to agree with VS here. A map of minnesota will have huge appeal... if you happen to live in Minnesota.
Other than that, you have to convince other people that your map is worth making: if you come up with innovative gameplay that is interesting yet can be made to work in practice, then you'll have much more people interested in your project.

Admittedly, it looks rather interesting, but I you don't explain any of the gameplay: What do the four sports teams do? Where can they be assaulted from? Do the signs and pictures mean anything?

hey everybody here is an update:
we will be leaving the sports teams out of this map and inserting a suburbs mini map instead. however the only way to attack it will still be from Minneapolis and saint Paul. and that will be a one way attacking into the suburbs but once your there they will be able to attack each other!!!

It's an admirable idea but if this goes through then where does it stop. We don't want the one person from Rhode Island to think making a Rhode Island map is okay because the people in Minnesota have a map.
We increase our total by 50 maps that are as a whole boring because they're mainly covered in the USA set of maps.
I'm just really not feeling this one...

It would appear that development of this map has stalled. If the mapmaker wants to continue with the map, then one of the Foundry Moderators will be able to help put the thread back into the Foundry system,
after an update has been made. ![Wink ;-)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)
