Middle Earth?

I don't have the artistic skills but my favorite form of RISK ever has to be the LOTR version that can be bought and played in a board game format. Its fantastic and I believe would be quite popular if made correctly. Has anyone ever tried?

Yes it has and was completed but it ran into copyright issues so the design was changed but i believe the gameplay is still the same. The redesigned map is called Midgard
