Wizard of Oz

I've started doing a basic graphics mockup for a Wizard of Oz map. It will be based on the original Baum map of Oz, and will have four "continents" that are the Gillikin, Munchkin, Quadling, and Winki countries, possibly with sub-bonuses for areas inside there. The Emerald City will definitely start as neutral, and holding it will either be a bonus in itself or possibly a win condition. The witches will have something with them, either they can attack each other or there is a bonus for holding some witches or something.

I'll have a mockup posted by the end of the weekend.

Note to those that care: The Wizard of Oz is in the public domain, and has been for 50 years :)

But there is a map out there that you might be copying which is not in the public domain.

The original map is in the public domain, it was first published in 1900.

Which one are you looking at? There's the one withthe four countries and the Emerald City and then there's the expanded version with the outside regions. I think the latter is copyrighted.

I'm just doing the area inside the impassable deserts. I'll have a mockup posted later this week since I have classes to study for.
