A Gangs of New York concept? like with the 5 points the 5 gangs ?

what do you mean "the 5 points the 5 gangs"?

In the movie Gangs of new york their were 5 irish gangs known as the 5 points idk maybe its a dumb idea and i should just take this idea down haha

I like the idea a lot and can see the design elements in my head. I also like the idea of doing a 'gangs of LA' or 'gangs of USA'. With all of the attention gangs are getting from the 'Gangland' show.. I think the timing is good. I have done some research on the gangs LA and there is a lot of information for the map to be done.

Sounds like a very interesting idea. There was a ton of political intrigue during that era of New York City, plus the Civil War... I think that its a map worth pursuing and a great idea. Someone's got to translate the idea into a map but here's some ideas to play with:

notice the main pic in Industrial Helix's pic (thank you) it would look like that but from an overview each street leads to the gathering spot youd make 5 alleys that would lead to that spot each gang would be represented by that alley

everyone would start with 2 territory in the back and work towards the middle

in the middle you have the advantage of trying to move into and conquer someone else's alley youd get troop bonuses for holding so many members and an auto deploy on the middle I just wish i knew how to draw this out....

So, do you plan doing something like a new prison riot?

almost but a few twists )) the middle of the map and end of the map would have auto deploys to encourage moving out of ure turf and invading other turf and any advice is nice too! I do have a map I'm drawing out at the moment

The number one thing you need to keep in mind at this stage is not to recreate Prison Riot. The yard idea is good, but we've got a map with a yard already. You need to add more than a twist to it. I'm looking forward to seeing what you produce!

yeah i know the yards kind of in but ive drawn it out as almost double yard.... and a wales idea lol youll just have to wait and see i like how its coming out
