It's a good start though. Now finish it up until you have a ready draft. Don't start adding stuff like boats on at this point. First things first. Create the territories and the rest of the graphics, ie. follow my tutorials to the end. Then post what you have created.

no theres like 17 regions on the UP. so it should be all one bonus, it looks big but the regions are bigger.

umm, i was going to do that but couldn't fine one of all of them, and there will be a bunch of dead space.
