Right, and lets not gloss over the fact that King saw you visit LC.

I mean, either one of three things are happening here;

1.You're telling the truth, King is telling the truth, but there's a framer in play.

2. You're lying, Kings telling the truth.

3. You're telling the truth and King just ousted himself.

Honestly, I'm more inclined to believe in 2, framer is a really niche role. It'd be waaaaaay to ballsy to just outright lie on Day 2 AND role reveal, all for a vanilla townie. That's just a hard pill to swallow no matter how you want to spin it.

Actually, the Framer idea intrigues me, since it might fit the evidence I see, from my P.O.V....
The truth is I don't have all the answers about this, ...but I DO KNOW I didn't visit LC last night for any reason... and I DO KNOW I'm Town.

Is it possible that LC visited me and I'm going to drop dead at the end of the day anyway... maybe so.
...and then could Mking have somehow got that turned around, perhaps due to a type of Framer, or similar role?
I don't know... but that explanation does sound complicated...

Shouldn't it be 7 to lynch?

I make vot on 5, so don't want to hammer yet. Vot, time for role claim if you have any.

Unvote pixar

Fixed.

Oh that was lynch? I woke up recently. I dont think kingm had a reason to lie. But I agree with vot at this point maybe he should claim so we are more certain on the vot lynch (if it hasnt happened yet).

So for tomorrow we could know if king was lying or there was a deflector or something in case vot flips town

D2 Lynch: Dwindling Chance of Survival

Dav Mallin walked with the group. Like others, he found himself wondering who or what had killed Pal but he had also been enjoying his time away from Alabasia. The forest was very different from what he'd taught himself to expect from the old survival guides he'd browsed over the years but it just added to the wonder of it all.

He was chatting with a villager about hunting tips and which plants had medicinal qualities when others in the group confronted him. "We know you killed Pal." One accused, "Are you a spirit?" Another asked.

Dav defended himself against the accusations but they kept coming and as he tried to flee, they grabbed at him. He pulled away sharply, losing his balance and splitting his head on a rock.

Votanic-Survivalist Dav Mallin-Town 1-shot BP Bodyguard has been lynched.

It is now N2. Please send in your actions before this time Saturday. I will extend the night for missing actions but for no more than 1 day

Night 2 End Scene: Ensnared

Sam worked his way around the tent making sure the traps were taut and ready. Growing up in the village, his father had taught him at a young age, how to make snares for Rabits and skirls. As he'd grown older, he'd learned how to set them for larger prey as well. It was often a handy trade on hunts and after the attacks on the village had increased, he'd started testing out the traps on the spirits as well. There were a couple misteps along the way with a couple of innocent villagers accidentally triggering them but he'd always made them non-lethal and once people got wary of them, they'd been of great success. He finished up the final rig and buried it under some leaves and dirt before heading back to his tent.

On his way, he stopped and looked to his right. There was someone there walking his way. He waved warily as his hand went to his hunting knife.

The morning came and the group woke slowly. Coming out of their tents they weren't surprised to find the dead body on the ground. They turned the body over and another villager recognized him.

Trafalgarlaw-Hunter Sam Wells-Town Trapper has been killed.

As the group started out, one of them stumbled back to their tent. Their stomach had been bothering them since the previous day but they'd shaken off as a downside of this physical body they'd taken on. Now as they went to rejoin the group, they fell and found they couldn't stand back up. They were approached as the group went to check on them but the spirit gave up on its now useless body. The group staggered back as a chill filled the air and something fast and intangible passed through before disappearing into the woods.

Son!c-Malevolent Spirit-Mafia Goon has lost his physical form and been eliminated.

It is now D3. With 9 alive, it takes 5 to lynch

To explain Traf's role, he would set a snare around one person each night and the first one to visit the one he set traps around that night would get caught in the snare and fail to finish their action.

So wait, did Traf kill Sonic? And Traf dies from poison? Confused.

King, who did you track last night?

So I was ready to write a long defense after I got a friendly hanged, but looks like us townies maybe have a shot at the win after all.

But this is my understanding of what had to have happend N1, I tracked Vot N1 and he must have tried to protect LC, but since LC was a serialkiller, the bodyguard did not protect him.
Atleast thats what my understanding of what the "mixup" from my side had to be, if there is not a player with a role that fu*ks up information.

DDS, N2 I tried to track Sonic, and I received no result.

Seems LC poisoned sonic, although the scene from day 1 made it seem like someone different from who killed LC, so possibly multiple killers out there.

Sonic being wolf makes sense in retrospect, he talked a lot about the flavour crap and not much else.

That doesn't make sense to me, if he has visited LC he would have said so. So either you are a gung ho mafia liar, or someone messed with the actions. Since no one claimed it, it would have to be a wolf that did it. Which would mean they had a framer, or some other role that messes with actions.

If a framer, Vot honestly makes sense as a target.

I would like to see the long defence but lets not rush like we did yesterday headlong into it, we have all week.

Also with receiving no result, that would have to mean mafia have a roleblocker, a framer and Sonic was a goon.

Ok why did votanic not claim his actual role. His play does not make sense to me.

Sonic was poisoned by Loose N1 and then succumbed N2, this is pretty clear cut.

Kingm is on short list of lynch candidates today. But I think the chances of scum misdirection is slightly higher than Kingm straight up lying as scum or votanic actually visiting Loose. So need to keep an open mind here.

All votes on votanic need to be looked at. That wagon moved way too quick, there has to more than just sonic that saw an easy mislynch and jumped on. Right now Pixar is most suspicious for the hammer.

Kingm, can you please explain the reasoning behind choosing votanic and then sonic for investigation the past two nights?

Mafia framer would make sense to me. So far we have:

Poisoner
Bodyguard
Goon

All of those roles are pretty "mild" in terms of strength. And I know my role personally is weak. So I think strike erred on the side of keeping the roles tame for this setup and letting the players play rather than OP roles deciding outcomes.

So my best guess is we have 3 mafia, 1 third party, 9 town. The 3 mafia being:

Framer/roleblocker/misdirection
Goon
Likely godfather

The reason for choosing to follow Votanic N1 was just that I got a sus about him when I read all the comments D1, like there was nothing to go on, so he felt like a good choice to me.
For N2, after I saw that Vot was a good guys, I just picked one of the other that voted to lynch Vot, my feeling after that was that it would atleast be 2 scum of those who voted to lynch.

King should be treated as our only current town member. Vot lied about his role, for whatever idiotic reason, and was lynched for it. With that out of the way, I'm gonna Vote Dev for the lack of anything of value from him.

If we are believing king, then there has to be both a roleblocker and a framer, with the caveat it could have been town roleblocker.

Part of me really wants to get back on pixar, but it takes balls as mafia to early hammer a townie. Almost too scummy for scum.
