Okay now. Let's make this a long day to make sure we don't get screwed over like the last day. I feel it is safe to say i know who our 2 remaining Mafia are. Them already having a case or 2 previously know who they are. I will be home in a few hours due to a project and school but don't speed Lynch anyone unless its edict or drake. And dont worry edict. This time I am going to make a case against you 2 and I won't stop going after you two until the town can see though you like I can.

When you say edict, I assume you mean edocsil... I don't think anyone is gonna go for a crazy speed lynch right now anyway.

Wow, I guess some people wanted someone dead last night. Yikes. Any have info from the night? It would be awesome if someone had the idea to watch strike last night.

The day was off to a slow start. Rufus had done a good job not getting himself killed up until that point and as the town numbers dwindled he figured he only had to last a little more to win. To top things off, he was yet to lose his bulletproof vest, so he was pretty confident about the whole situation until he could no longer think.

Edocsil - Rufus Shinra, mafia 1-shot bulletproof, has sucumbed to mako poisoning.



Upon seeing that, town had a very brief moment of joy. That lasted until they looked around and saw Cloud's body in a similar state.

dazza2008 - Cloud Strife (from Final Fantasy VII, the game), town bodyguard/1-shot bulletproof, has sucumbed to mako poisoning.



As the scene progressed, expressions of shock could be seen in the faces of all but one living townie. This one person had an expression that mixed a little surprise with a lot of happiness. It all happened too quick, however, and nobody seemed to recall which person had this disturbing behaviour.

Day VI continues! With 8 alive, it takes 5 to lynch!

mhmm. I checked my post over again and posted directly after it. Lol. All I knew was my brother told me that edoc had died and was mafia 1 (is that some sort of rank, maybe GF, or is that just numbered for rodion to keep track?) and then dazza had died as well but he mumbled what he was and I assumed that it was similar. I have 3 CC tabs pulled up and so I was still working on my case (I can post it if you want 5 pages of evidence that I went back to the 30's) lol. But either way, I dont know who did the mako poisoning. I am going to go read up on that. Hopefully it was sephiroth (in my opinion) so we still only have to catch him. But I dont think it would be that easy . oh well, brb.

Okay, I think I am about to confirm the above post. After reading, I have come to the conclusion that (since the only place its mentioned is during the games Armageddon like stage) that the Mako poisoning actually only affects Cloud in the story line, but is caused by Sephiroth using the weapons he gains access to by falling into the lifestream (mainstream, something or another), or the weapons hes using to gain access to the stream. I dont know, I think someone who plays the game could explain that scenario better than myself.

I dont know of any leads. I got caught up in making my case against edoc, and no others came up. I am going to order the players and see who I think is scummiest, etc.

well i cant really say without it being a WIFOM basically. i just don't think he would risk that much attention. but who knows.

I can guarantee that almost all of the most experienced and best mafia forumers on this site would do it, especially if they have a GF role. The best way to avoid lynches is to act as much town as you can (not always the truth, but it is true most of the time) and while I can definitely see your point, experience suggests otherwise. Besides, with a game that has 25 players, I think we only have 2 investigative roles (a cop and a thief, according to my list) and I am quite sure that Yoshi would not be the 1st one to be investigated for either of the person. In fact, positive attention is normally good as long as it does not look forced or artificial.

Yes you could be a miller/busdriven etc but if it wasn't via one of the town folks you will always be a suspect and with no power role your not useful so you might as well go now rather than later.

Okay. I think I pretty much can have him pinned (edoc). I quit pressuring him due to my lack of thinking at the time, and the fact I was on my phone so quoting, etc, would be tough to do. But I will build a case on him if I find time tonight (I play another game online, and that will require at least an hour of my time) and if I dont, I WILL do it tomorrow if time permits.

The only previous case i had on vio was a very weak one on vio which was to get her talking not to lynch or have a claim as i stated clearly. And might i add it worked, she stayed quiet but she did talk nonetheless.

Well, to be fair, there is really not more that I can say. I've admitted that I've been inactive for parts of this game; I've admitted that my play has been bad; and I've admitted that I've been confused this game.
I can't really defend that, and If I was in your shoes, I would probably vote for myself as well. Last defense I have left is claiming and I will do that when needed.

So really, I have no leads. Others should consider doing this so we can pick someone to pressure, or maybe someone should step forth with some other evidence and try a new lead just from that. Most of the real active players are dead so if it was the intention of the mafia and Sephiroth to kill it through inactivity, then they may have succeeded.

I think I'll go ahead and say it: I'm the last Turk, Elena. I'm essentially a Survivor, but I can investigate to see if someone is a Turk. If that person is, we become masons. Dukasaur got me Night 1 from all the hints I dropped, and I was sad to see Tseng and Rude drop Night 1 with Reno (Dukasaur) following soon after. I obviously stopped using my investigation after Night 1 since there was no point. So now I am a mason-less Survivor. Town, there's no need to waste a lynch on me. Mafia, there's no need to waste a kill on me.

I'm game for anything, so long as I'm alive at the end.

sw had got a guilty result from him, even if we killed a mafia busdriver, it does not prove that zimmah was innocent. Your telling me that if we believed him we should drop him of our suspect list? The SK was a off topic to the other lines. I was mentioning that its possible the sk targeted com9 the first 2 nights before he changed his victim rather than getting his killing role later in the game.

Well, to be fair, there is really not more that I can say. I've admitted that I've been inactive for parts of this game; I've admitted that my play has been bad; and I've admitted that I've been confused this game.
I can't really defend that, and If I was in your shoes, I would probably vote for myself as well. Last defense I have left is claiming and I will do that when needed.

The only thing I have in cold hard evidence is drake hammering zimmah while I was making a case against edict (and zimmah only needed 1 more vote, we weren't going to forget that case). Besides that I don't know of anything I can pin on him.

So both are from FFVIII after I looked into it. But I think that this was just a quick post made by drake without really looking too much into it. Maybe he could explain better himself though.

As for other potential players, I am nearly completely out of evidence against anyone at this point. Does anyone have anything else that could be fishy? Or are we going to be needing a prod to make sure we can at the very least get a good deadline? How do you revive a game that is more than likely 1 poster and then 3-4 posters that also try to be active?
