I have a friend I convinced to come back here, but he's changed jobs and no longer can access his old e-mail account from work. Is there any way he can recover his old ConquerClub password in order to log in?

Get them to put in a support ticket

give us details of the old email address and a new active email address to use

Also as much information as possible that links them to the account, so we can match.

Once that is done, then we can do a password reset
