Why is it in many games, when it's over, I'm not given the opportunity to leave ratings?

I found myself i can't leave ratings from my phone sometimes, but i can always do it from the PC

Sometimes you need to refresh the ok page after the game is finished

Unless you win, then you can't.

If your opponent is unrated, you cannot assign them a rating.

If you win you can still rate everybody. You might have to log out of the map, then log in..

Nope, cannot rate or rerate players on a won game, from my phone or any of my 3 previous phones, but it can be done from a PC.

I'm having trouble with this too, even on a PC--where do I go to rate a player after a game is finished? I can see all their ratings, but can't find the option for me to leave a rating for them too

If you enter the game after it is finished, in the spot normally says begin turn, place troops etc, it will have the players who played names, click their name and you can rate them. Also the game can be ongoing if you have been eliminated
