Other then that, you can talk to him again and get him to unfoe you and play a style of game more suitable to his liking for the ones he's in, otherwise there isn't much that can be done.

Yes. If you foed someone you could join their games, but they couldn't join your games.

How about if I’m allowed to join a game he is in, then he gets a notification saying ‘one of your foes has joined this game , do you want to continue in this game?’ Rather than spoiling games for others
Seriously thinking of quitting if this is the way a premium member gets treated
