Pretty simple- make the app link to the camera on people's phones so that they can find territories as they walk around where they live. When they find a territory, they get a chance to add it to their list of captured territories. As you walk around, you can level up your territories and earn troops, then compete with people territory vs territory in special locations.

Apart from the superficial similarities, and the deeper similarities, there's no similarity whatsoever.

I'm going to add a poll before someone decides that GD needs to be freed from humour again.
