Not sure why you think you have a 63% win rate. Your profile shows your win rate at 46%. Even that, however, doesn't tell the whole story. Most of your wins are against bots, which yield no points. Your win rate against humans is lower again, probably less than 30%, although I can't say for sure (neither Game Finder nor Map Rank have options for filtering out bot games.)

A large number of your recent games seem to be with random team-mates. That's almost never going to bring good results. If you want to improve, I would say either,

1. Give up the team games, or
2. If you absolutely love team games, then put together a team of people you know and trust and stop playing with random strangers.
