Just to let you know, you have no official warning, we just tried to let you know that some people came to us. Not everyone follows or understands USA politics, and took it the wrong way.. Not a huge deal really

i don't understand why you would be given a polite mail letting you know that you were offending people. i have never received such a warning and i have received pretty much every warning they have on this site. is this a new policy? is this a new forum/site rule? i have a feeling a mod was offended or in the best case scenario, being preemptive, to avoid an issue. what the f*ck does it matter if they don't "UNDERSTAND" american politics? the whole world is following this election and everyone knows who those two are. just a ridiculous statement/excuse...

i think you should put the avatar back up. actually, i think all the regular forum goers should fly it for a week. Morality is so individual, so I can totally see how my photo could offend although there wasn't anything truly explicit about it...

One thing I think is absolutely crazy about America is that porn is art, but prostitution is illegal. So paying someone for sex.... totally illegal. However paying someone for sex on camera, 100% legal! You just have to really specific in telling the girl that you are paying her for sex on camera. I don't know exactly what the moral of this story is... maybe 'America is so beautiful that she must be crazy' or what is has to do with the political art I shared with everyone for a few days, but it sure as hell is interesting.

Actually I think there is some caviot that you actually have to upload the video... If you don't share it you just filmed yourself fucking a prostitute (still illegal), but once you start to distribute it the film becomes porn (totally legal)

This is not a new policy. As long as I've been on CC, people who have offensive usernames, signatures, etc. have gotten friendly nudges asking them to voluntarily change them. And most people, once they realize they're making others uncomfortable, do comply.

I'll have to check with my team of lawyers, but if you don't film them and don't pay them i think you are still screwed. I believe your stated intent of paying (even if you didn't plan to actually pay her) is enough to prosecute. And if you film it and don't pay her that is illegal, but not from criminal angle more of civil court kind of thing. She could sue your ass, but i dont think you could go to jail.
