Speed game hogs

Does anyone else find it annoying when someone joins your speed game and they are playing 2 or 3 other speed games at the same time?

I usually set up 2 minute speed games. I know I could set up 1 minute games but I dont like to be rushed and sometimes in a good game you might like a little time to think as the game advances.

But what I find is people join my games and then even at the outset when there is not much to do I am waiting for almost the full two minutes for them to drop in. Sometimes they miss a few turns. Yes that is usually to my benefit but thats not the point.

Also one other thing that gets my goat is people deadbeating a speed game but not saying that they are deadbeating. I find that pretty rude

I used to play several speed games at the same time.
I usually do it because I can handle them without missing any turns.
If you were to face me you'd have to wait a bit in a 2 min games.
But on the other hand I often have opponent who, even if they play only 1 game, are so slow I am able to play a 2nd speed game. That's also why I do it, because just like you I am bored waiting for opponents to make simple move :D
Third reason for playing several games is, I often have to wait a long time to find an opponent, therefore I open several games at once, and/or open another one as soon as one game start.

Hopefully this will soon be over :), as you can read here
